Job Description
The Website Marketing team of 1105 Media is seeking an Online Marketing Manager to manage a large, revolving portfolio of lead generation marketing campaigns for our clients.
Responsibilities:

* Directly managing lead generation marketing campaigns
* Execute direct marketing activities across channel (including web, email, partnerships, newsletters, social media)
* Help develop campaign creative and tactics
* Manage campaign budgets/ROI
* Track and report on success of all campaign tactics
* Maximize number of qualified leads while managing sustainable CPL

Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree
* 3 years online and email direct marketing experience
* Familiarity/comfort with web and campaign analytics
* Background managing lead generation campaigns preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent project management and organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
* Experience with a Web Content Management system and HTML a plus
