Put your unique talents to work at Snapfish. We have an opening for a Senior Marketing Manager whom will be responsible for managing all email programs. He/she will be responsible for driving revenue through these programs by developing concepts, test structures, segmentation as well as deploying, tracking and measuring response for Snapfish core customer base and co-brands.



We are looking for a smart, driven, highly analytical, self starter who has strong direct response experience.



Key areas of responsibilities:



* Own and drive revenue and profitability from all email marketing programs
* Own and manage promotional schedule and testing calendar including planning and coordinating with merchandising teams and product teams to drive new features and functionality
* Design email campaigns based on customer behavior data and continuously test timing, segments, messaging, creative, offer etc. to optimize email performance
* Develop segmentation plans for various email programs and ensure list accuracy
* Manage different email programs for core Snapfish customer segments as well as co-brands and partners depending on behavior profiles of the different customer base
* Work closely with writers and with creative teams to design and develop email creative
* Define KPIs for the email performance and continuously measure and track performance including deliverability, revenue, orders, AOV and other email metrics etc.
* Manage email vendor relationship including contracts, data migration and overall service levels for the account. Must be very familiar with email tools and functionality.
* Provide guidance and mentorship for other junior level marketing managers
