On an on-going basis, you'll be responsible for: Providing vision, strategy, leadership for the Email channel; Creating a sense of purpose and excitement for all involved in the email program; Working across departments to implement and bring new ideas to life; Developing the email marketing strategy including contact strategy, segmentation/targeting, ongoing testing and content & creative optimization; Creating and managing a weekly marketing calendar; Recommend new ideas, innovations & new technologies to grow and improve the email channel; Figuring out how to improve the processes that underlie all ongoing email programs; Defining, reporting against, making sense of, and communicating critical metrics that drive results.
