This position manages the development and execution of email marketing strategies and programs targeting Marriott Rewards members and non-member guests. Specific responsibilities include leading the development of ongoing email communications targeting key segments; formulating segmentation, targeting, content, and messaging strategies to increase customer retention, open/click rates and revenues; and playing a key role in brainstorming, creating and executing email marketing strategies in support of broader communications objectives. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing best in class email marketing programs. The successful candidate should possess 4 or more years of relevant experience. Previous email marketing or direct marketing experience preferred. Must be able to thrive in a heavy work load environment. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects required. Strong technical skills are highly desired.
