Reports to Director of Relationship Management of eBusiness. As a member of the Relationship Management team, the relationship manager supports the initiatives of the department. The Relationship Manager is responsible for day to day internal client management responsibilities, as well as managing e-mail initiatives, website metrics, and website marketing projects. Internal Clients include Sales, Product, Marketing Managers, Retirement, Operations and others. Primary Responsibilities: Serve as eBusiness relationship manager to internal business units (clients); Liaise with client and develop expertise in client’s domain; Manages online marketing campaigns for internal clients including; creating e-strategies and work flow schedules, providing estimates; Work closely with clients to understand how the Internet can address their current and future needs; Works with clients as a consultant to focus and articulate their needs and strategies translates information from client for creative (design and copy) and web development teams; Critically assesses creative work in relation to client direction before making presentation; Oversees and manages development implementation of client and eBusiness website projects as well as providing day-to-day support for existing projects; Coordinates with other relationship managers and creative areas to prioritize work daily; Analyze and presents metrics reports to clients on projects and marketing campaigns launched and consults how to move forward based on these metrics; Assist with the search and engagement of vendors; Monitor online trends, competitive advancements and customer feedback; suggesting any changes that would improve the site.
Job Requirements
Required: 5 years of hands-on experience planning and implementing online and offline projects working in collaboration with clients, creative, designers, and developers; 5 or more years interactive marketing experience; 5 or more years client relationship management experience; Interactive agency experience preferred; Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills; Strong communication skills; Experience with or knowledge of Financial Services is a plus; Excellent analytic capability; Entrepreneurial spirit.
