The position title in view is Online Media Production Manager. This individual is an intelligent, proactive and experienced Online Media Production expert that can join our growing team of online marketing professionals in our Nashville office. This position is an expert in the use of email service provider and ad serving tools and has a working knowledge in email delivery and display ad serving. Duties, which include working with Online Media Director to deliver against client objectives, are managing day-to-day set up of client accounts in Paramore|Redd’s in house email service provider and ad serving tools, testing of email campaigns and ad serving campaigns. In addition, management of client’s email databases, management of client’s campaign deliverability, management of client’s compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations and client’s deliverability reputations, and ensures that clients receive superior service. This position reports to the Online Media Director. Position responsibilities: Partner with Online Media Director to be the liaison between the account manager and the department by providing prompt, knowledgeable, and high-quality customer service in regard to email and display marketing best practices; Manage the ad-serving and email service provider tools throughout their entire life cycle of a client’s campaign from proposal to completion, ensure that these tools assist campaigns in being successful, pacing on schedule, and targeted correctly; The online media production manager is responsible for the deliveriblity of email creative into seven different email client’s inbox (gMail, yahoo mail, MacMail, Hotmail, Outlook Outlook 2000, 2005, Outlook 2007.); Responsibility includes making the appropriate recommendations to ensure this deliverability to the account staff, client and PR production team; Test creative, setup campaigns, and traffic creative; Proof campaigns based on the writing style specified by the campaign.

The Online Media Production Manager acts as the last set of eyes on email and display creative before emails are blasted and display ads are made live. The Online Media Production Manager is responsible for the grammatical accuracy of creative they approve. Responsible of initiating account and client test of emails for approval; Analyze and optimize campaigns based on feedback from the Online Media Director and clients; Proactively troubleshoot campaign issues and communicate with the Online Media Director to help manage client expectations; Work with online media and creative teams to provide feedback on improvements to our campaigns and creative offerings; Effectively communicate with production staff and account staff either in person or electronically; Willingness to adhere to P|R’s organization structure; Increase online media knowledge and show a drive to broaden skill set; Ability to adapt to requests that PR requires that fall outside of the defined lists above, but would be best suited for this position. Ability to meet defined task and project deadlines; Ability to always offer a solution to issues, whether it be a fix or a plan. Skills – Required Experience/Skills: 4+ years experience in the use of email service provider and ad serving tools; Public relations writing experience; Proofreading experience; Familiarity with PPC, SEO, Lead Generation and Social Media; Experience in tracking campaigns by open-rate, deliverability rate, click-thru-rate, view-thru-rate, and conversion rate; Experience working in an online media environment; Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PPT; Ability to excel in a highly dynamic, fast-paced startup environment that requires a fast learner and flexible thinker; Willingness to take full ownership of client success; Ability to efficiently and effectively produce high quality work; Detail-oriented and diligent work ethic with excellent organizational, project/time management, and problem-solving skills; Strong team player; Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
