Will help ensure a positive design culture committed to the creation of the best online experience for our customers and guests through creating and maintaining the ongoing strategy and execution of all UI and content elements on directv.com, a 400+ page commerce, self-care and entertainment portal. Will lead a team of Art Directors and Designers to prioritize, delegate and manage the full lifecycle development of on-line creative work and customer experience UI/aesthetic optimization projects, collaborate with Content and Editorial Managers in the development and execution of DIRECTV's on-line visual design and strategic direction and focus on continuously improving the website through innovative thinking, creating new ideas/page templates/content modules/functional flows, solving usability issues with the product development team, optimizing workflow efficiencies and keeping abreast of developing technologies. In addition, will prioritize and delegate all incoming requests, create and manage project milestones and ensure consistent quality for all outgoing deliverables.
