The Director of Email and Mobile Marketing is responsible for managing email and mobile marketing processes for The Art Institutes system of 40+ schools. The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and leverage integrated communication channels to achieve system-wide inquiry conversion goals, foster applicant engagement, and influence student enrollment rates. This position works with external email and mobile providers/ platforms, internal operations associates, and marketing and admissions leadership to drive results across the system and at the school-level. Strategic and innovative thinking, direct marketing expertise, analytical skills and a strong work ethic are a must, as is the ability to have fun in a challenging and demanding environment. The Director of Email and Mobile Marketing will formulate specific email communication strategies and campaigns in support of system and schools, ensuring accountability through measurement.
