KCC is looking to grow its Marketing Department with the addition of a Marketing and Public Relations Manager. In this role, the Marketing & PR Manager will implement and manage key initiatives such as marketing communication materials, public relations efforts and lead generation campaigns. The Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with internal cross-functional groups such as Consulting and Business Development to ensure successful integrated campaigns and programs. The Marketing Coordinator position reports to the Marketing/PR Manager.


Responsibilities


·Manage social media initiatives – LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, blogs, social bookmarking sites, etc. - that extend KCC’s brand, networking and expert-positioning approaches via virtual corporate environments relevant to the legal and financial industries

·Contribute to content development including collateral, web, articles, PowerPoint presentations and other corporate communication materials

·Develop and lead internal communication program that supports all company departmental communication needs

·Lead online marketing and PR efforts including search engine optimization, press release optimization, e-mail marketing and campaign management

·Manage annual client satisfaction survey program, including client outreach, response aggregation and development of results piece

·Manage National (trade) advertising campaign to reinforce market leadership and generate opportunities, modifying as needed and evaluating ad performance (print & online)

·Create monthly website editorial calendar to keep web content fresh, conduct updates accordingly and help drive traffic to site via sales campaigns

·Support media outreach initiatives led by PR director by contributing to media follow-up, and interview materials preparation and coordination

·Manage speaking engagement outreach, from identifying opportunities, conducting research, to preparing speaker materials

·Serve as system manager for CRM system to ensure we maximize salesforce.com features/functionality and develop rules for contact records management

·Manage marketing website content and implement changes and enhancements on an ongoing basis; provide recommendations for client site design/layout

· Work closely with Marketing Director and Business Development on initiatives such as direct mail, events and sponsorships

·Manage the Marketing Coordinator position, ensuring ongoing professional development and conducting annual/bi-annual performance reviews


Job Requirements

Requirements and Skills



· A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Communication, or equivalent experience in a professional services firm

· Minimum 5 years of related experience

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PhotoShop

· Sound knowledge of business-to-business marketing and business development initiatives

· Excellent written and verbal skills

· Attention to detail and thoroughness

· Must have the ability to proactively coordinate conflict resolution utilizing sound judgment and decision-making skills

· Excellent organizational skills and ability to self-direct and prioritize initiatives
